   Is there a way to take over a domain if its original creator hasn't poste since 2005? Not to mention never posted one thought?

   No there is not. It is theie blog, and no matter how long it sits, it is still their blog. WordPress does not confiscate blogs for inactivity.

   You can try leaving a comment on the blog and asking the blog owner if they are willing to part with it, but if they say no, then that is the end of it.
