inadvertent change of font colour

  1. Suddenly my latest post has a mix of black and white font colour. I did not intend any change. What have I done to effect this and how can I revert to all one colour please? Thanks. http://credmayne.com/2013/07/05/dreamer/

The blog I need help with is credmayne.com.

  2. I'm not seeing that using Firefox 22. Try clearing your browser cache please. http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  3. I've updated my Firefox from 21 to 22, I've cleared everything, restarted etc. I tried then putting up another two but I'm still getting white text in the main body but black and white in the tags etc.
    Have you any other ideas?

  5. I got a message the background colour problem with Duotone was solved - I never got that one - but I've still got the black and white text on my last two posts.
    Is there any progress there?
    Thanks

  7. For variety, today's post has all white text back but now what was black has gone Bold. What am I doing?

  8. I got a message the background colour problem with Duotone was solved - I never got that one - but I've still got the black and white text on my last two posts.
    Is there any progress there?

That is actually caused by the background issue. If you update those two posts (without changing them) the color calculation should run again.

Please let me know if that solved the issue for you! :)

  9. Thank you - with updating and retyping I've sorted out the two that were black and white but the post I added after you'd fixed things still appears to have some Bold in the tags that previous posts don't have: http://credmayne.com/2013/07/15/yellow-piano-man/
It looks a bit jumpy. Hope you can advise. Many thanks. Catherine

  10. With "bold", do you mean the link color is lighter than the text color?

This can happen based on the colors in the image. The algorithm looks for suitable colors with enough contrast to make them distinguishable from the background. In certain circumstances it might lead to lighter colors for links.

  11. No - I meant the text in the sidebar for the tags etc. In the latest post (see link above), after you've fixed the colour issue there was, I see the tags and category words as whiter and bolder than the rest. In other posts it looks even and all one colour. I'm sorry if it's only me having a problem... Catherine

  12. Yes, this is what I meant. Font colors are based on the colors in the image, so it's something we have very limited control over. :)

I'm setting the resolution of this thread since the initial issue has been addressed.

    Thanks,
    Konstantin
