I would like to know if I can include this code on a post and if it is the case, how I do

I'm sorry but this is clearly the code for an iframe and the wordpress programming will strip it out to protect and preserve our security as we are all blogging on a multi-user platform.
Perhaps if you explained what you want someone will be able to provide a solution.
