If your email provider has changed some settings at their end, you may need to update your custom DNS records under Store > Domains – Edit DNS:
Please ask your email provider exactly how you would need to alter your current DNS settings, as there are no IP addresses specified there right now.

Hi
Thanks for your answer.
195.128.174.71 is the number I´ve been given from my email provider Web10.nuIs that enough?

Countermessage from Web10. They say that I´ve bought my domaine there, but since I´ve moved the domaine Winegate to ns1.wordpress´nameserver they can’t help me.
Can you?

Hi there, in order to map a domain to WordPress.com you do need to use our name servers (ns1.wordpress.com, etc.) – so that part is set up correctly.
If you also need email on your custom domain, your provider has to supply you with the necessary MX, TXT, CNAME and other necessary DNS records, as outlined here:
Add Email
Add Email through other providersIf they don’t offer those types of records with your account, you may want to look at a different provider instead. You may want to show them the links above and ask if they’re able to accommodate you.
