Incorrect date

    I live in AK which can be up to 4 hours behind the rest of the US. Is there a way to change the time zone setting so that when I make a post it appears with the correct date? Or is there a way to adjust the date as I publish a post?

    The blog I need help with is runitoutak.wordpress.com.
