That is Javascript and it cannot be added to a WordPress.com. The code will be stripped out for security reasons. You will have to find another widget that has only HTML code, not flash, iframes, or javascript, and put it in a text widget in your sidebar..

The page also provides a flash embed code which can be used after you convert it to the right shortcode. Select the options you prefer, click "Flash version via HTML (MySpace etc.)", copy the code, isolate this part:
<embed src="ETC ETC ETC"></embed>
then turn it to this:
[gigya src="ETC ETC ETC" ]
