Provided it's not an iframe or Javascript then you can copy the code into a text widget here > Appearance > Widgets and display it in your sidebar.

Just did this recently myself. You need to create a "text" box and then put the appropriate html code into this box. Since wordpress.com doesn't allow scripts it took me a while to find a code that works, but this one does:
http://www.wunderground.com/stickers/
Put in your address, chose your location and copy the code.
