Installing Constant Contact widget

  1. I downloaded a widget made for WordPress to allow interface with Constant Contact. Users can sign up for emails. I can't figure out how to install it! anybody know how?
    Blog url: http://iteap.wordpress.com/

  2. You can't install it on http://iteap.wordpress.com/ as it contains code that is stripped out here for security reasons. What we generally suggest is that you put it in an external page, like a Google Doc, and link to it from a widget in your sidebar.

  3. Thanks. I will try it.

  4. Can you give me any more help? I downloaded code from this site: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/constant-contact-signup-form-widget/faq/
but I get nothing but errors when I try to put it into a web ap.

  5. Did you read the part where I said you can't install it here? I can't help you with things that can't be installed here. If Google and WP.org can't help, ask Contstant Contact

  6. I thought you said it could be run from a Google doc.

  7. This is what I've heard. As for how to do that, I don't know. You can use any external web page that allows that particular kind of HTML embed.

  8. Thanks
