   Hello!

   I have been wanting to change the look of my blog, so I googled for free themes, and apparently, there are tons of 'em. The only problem is, I don't know how to install them. There's this thing about FTPS and Hosting, etc. I tried to follow the instructions online, but for a non-techy like me, they're all difficult. Also, do I need to install wordpress 3.0 too? That means I really need to learn FTPS right?

   Please, someone spoonfeed me with the steps. I really want to change the look of my blog. Thanks you all! :)

   For your blog hosted here at wordpress.com you can only chose from the themes shown from your admin bar under Appearance > Themes. There are about 100 to chose from and you can refine your search with keywords too. The other wordpress themes you've found are only available for wordpress.org installs where you have to buy hosting and a domain and do all the hard techy stuff keeping your site up and running. Why not skip through other wordpress.com users' blogs and see if you spot a theme that looks like it might work for you.
