Installing themes to free blog?

    I found a theme that I really like (spun by caroline moore) and I want to make it the theme for my website.

    I searched for it within my dashboard (Appearance >Themes), but couldn't find it.

    I downloaded the zip file and read that I need to FTP the files to my blog, but I don't know my hostname or login credentials. My searches haven't turned up much info, so can somebody point me in the right direction?

    Am having that same problem with my blog http://www.celebritynewsupdates.wordpress.com am not seeing the install button

    You can't install a non-Wordpress theme to your free blog.

    External themes are for WordPress.ORG blogs only.
