   How do I install 'Intensedebate' on my secondary blog(peacelink's blog)?

   The blog I need help with is 4thlink.wordpress.com.

   You cannot install it on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no FTP access to our WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins of any kind.
