Interface Language Problem

  Hi, I am having a small issue with improper language display. I have gone to all the areas I know of that concern options to change the displayed language but I can’t seem to get it to do what I want. I have provided a screen capture of the problem area, hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

  Basically I want this area’s language to be modified to English, but it keeps displaying as Spanish.

  Go to http://wordpress.com/ and change the language there on the top right.

  I tried that plus changing interface language to English etc. and got a few improvements but some areas still appear in Estonian. Most annoying.
