"Internal Server Error" is what I receive when I try to view a post after publishing it. It also says, "Apache Server at viningscre.com Port 80"

It sounds like you may be referring to a wordpress.org install and posting to the wrong support forum. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
