Hi! I have searched for an answer to my problem but I haven't found one so I am opening a new topic. What I want to do is to add a player at homepage that will play music when someone enters my site. The player will be visible in order to stop or pause the music. Is this possible?

You can share audio on your WordPress.com blog in a variety of ways. Note that, if you wish to upload audio files from your own computer, you will need to purchase the Space Upgrade.
The WordPress player does not provide autoplay music. You can try an alternative player: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/12/05/alternative-audio-players/
Please note: autoplay is a major irritant for some people (myself included) and a simple forum search turns up many threads that answer your question.
As I'm saying in the post timethief linked to, "many users like to –or have to– browse in silence, or while listening to the music they prefer; imposing some music to your visitors is a guaranteed way to lose some of them". Like timethief, if I visit your blog and get auto-play music, I won't bother looking for a stop or pause button: I will leave your blog faster than you can say stop and never come back again. You should do the opposite: add a player and invite your visitors to listen to your music if they like to.
