Today we have enabled a new feature in the WordPress.com forums which allows you to subscribe to new posts in an individual topic.
You can subscribe to a topic using the check box when posting a new topic or posting a reply. You can also subscribe to a topic using the "Subscribe to Topic" link in the "About this Topic" section on the right-hand side of the page.
Nice! This is same as my wp posts. Now I can check replies from my mailbox. Good Idea westi.
