I'm looking for the Appearances menu - or really what I'm looking for is how to change the theme. I want to use the 2010 theme instead.

The blog I need help with is candicolor.wordpress.com.
It's in the left navigation modules in the dashboard below comments, ratings and polls and above users, tools and settings.
If you are not an administrator on the blog you are talking about, then you will not see an appearance menu.
If you are an administrator and are not seeing it, then log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
