   The blog I need help with is formacionpoenca.wordpress.com.

   yes - you need their email to do so - invite as many as you like - but can only do 10 at a time (anti-spam thing) - note: they must then get their own WordPress.COM account when they accept the invite - they don't need a blog - that is how WordPress.COM controls who has access to your blog with a unique account name for each user

   i got a private blog - only accessable to invited users (hosted by wordpress). it's been working well for 4 years now but today i found a bug: an invited user (as author) is able to read and post but does not appear in my userlist! i tried with different computers and browser. any suggestions?
