Invitee is not receiving invite to become Editor to blog.

  1. I am trying to invite a fellow WordPress.com blogger as an Editor to my http://ronovanwrites.wordpress.com/
blog. She has checked her spam/junk folder and still can't find it. I've sent an invite to another person and they were able to see the invite in their email and accept a few weeks ago.
The new friend and I are going to begin a joint effort between our blogs and I would like to make her an editor. Her user name is Amandalyle1986. I have also attempted to send it directly to her email address as well instead of just the user name.

Maybe I set something for this specific blog that made it so that only I can have exclusive permissions to it.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

The blog I need help with is ronovanwrites.wordpress.com.

  4. Hi Ronovan,

The user Amandalyle1986 has blocked WordPress.com from sending her emails, which is why she isn't getting the invitation email. She can unblock emails from WordPress.com from her notification settings here:

    https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/

Next to Block Emails she can uncheck the box that says, "Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com." Then you can try resending that invitation for your blog.

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  5. Thank you very much, Rachel.

(Thank you very much and Much Appreciation? Wow, how many ways can I say 'Thanks a lot'?)

  6. You're very welcome! :)
