Can I invite only specific people to view my blog instead of opening it up to the entire public? If so, how?

Yes. > Settings > Privacy
choose the following option and checkmark and then click "Save Changes___ I would like my blog to be private, visible only to users I choose
Advice: Instruct each and every person you permit to view the blog not to link to it or to post the link(s) to it anywhere on the internet.
