Invoice for Upgrade

  1. Hi there,
    I need an official invoice for the latest upgrades. Why don't you offer this choice on the website (for example under profile)?
    Can you please mail me the invoice for the last upgrades, amount $59.97, [transaction and email details removed by admin ] - THANX :-)

    I needed one, too. Two month ago.I never got a proper one.The sent my a receipt, but it was full of mistakes (date being the beginning of the contract some years ago, not for the actuel billing period or the payment). And it was only some text in a mail, not adocument, not even a logo.
    They did sent this mail quite fast. But I didn't noticed it, because I was waiting for a mail with some attachements.
    Some weeks later I noticed the answer and after printing etc. I noticed that it was screwed up concerning the date etc. I did sent another mail but I didn't got any answer for 1 week now.
    What kind of company is this not able to sent you proper invoices?

    I love the CMS, but I am really a little fed up with this invoicing issue. My experience tells you not to expect to much.

    Volunteers answering support questions cannot help you with financial matters at all. Staff will be pleased to provide you with invoices. Here's the contact link. After you use the searchbox under the search results at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

    thank you very much for taking your time.
    I was just a little pissed, because, I already wrote them two emails @support, answering their mail with the faulty receipt and they don't bother to react at all.

    So what can I do? I just will contact them once more (this time the way you suggested) and hope that somebody will care.

  5. @deliusklasing: I got the invoice sent to your email address, and removed your email and transaction details from your original forum post to protect your privacy.

    Automatic invoice generation is a great suggestion and something we have in our plans, however, there is currently no timeline for this.

  6. @ditfdenkendorf: sorry about the delayed response and that the invoices were not as you expected. I have replied to the emails you sent via the support system, if you need anything else, please respond and we'll get back to you.
