I have been having trouble uploading photos. I have recieving an IO Error, what does this mean?? I can't seem to get my photo's uploaded??

First thing I would suggest is to log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, do a full restart on your computer and also on your modem and see what happens. Typically IO errors are a issue with communication between your computer and the wordpress servers and since I haven't seen any other complaints on this, I suspect it might be an issue on your end.
