   I purchased a domain name through iPage.com and they use WordPress as a website building tool. I would like to transfer all my content to the wordpress on ipage. How do I do that? I tried to export my banetech.wordpress.com and import to bane-tech.com (ipage/wordpress). But the categories were the only things transfered. I want my posts and followers too. Thanks for your help.

   You can export a completean XML file containing your posts and comments for you to save or import into another WordPress blog out of your wordpress.com blog on this page > Dashboard > Tools > Export

   I tried that and it only exported the categories. No posts, comments and pages.

   i tried this and it worked. I exported the files individually instead of the all option and it worked.
