Hi, I have shot a video using my iphone and would like to upoad it to my wordpress blog http://www.wasteman.com.au
I have downloaded the video from the iphone to my computer (macbook). It has ended up as a 373MB quicktime movie.
What is the next step to get this movie into a normal blog post?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
