I started my blog to document computer problems and workarounds. Later I started to post on other topics. This year I committed to postaweek2011 and decided to write these on business/ project management related topics. Do you think this is a good mix or should I focus on one area? I'd love to hear from you.

I was wondering the same thing. My blog covers a lot of topics as well, but I think variety can be a good thing. You'll appeal to more people, as long as you don't stretch yourself too thin or make it too random. As long as you keep your posts within your basic theme (business, tech), you should be fine!

I think you're correct; there's nothing wrong with an eclectic blog. However, I decided that I had too many categories so I've deleted some and changed others to tags.

Either way can work. What's more important is to write as well as possible. If it's a great read it won't matter if you cover two or a hundred topics. I write about a wide range of things both seriously and humorously. Sometimes I just put up photos or links. My site's grown steadily for a year.
