I am noticing a major difference in word press analytics vs Google Anyalytics. Someone told me that having Jetpack installed could be the issue. I have 1/4 the amount of views on google analytics that is showing up in word press analytics

This is the wordpress.com peer support forum. We can't use google analytics of free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we can't install plugins like jetpack.
