   Is it possible to change the color of tagline only (excluding the color of site title) in the theme "sight"?

   Yes. Here is an example:

   .site-description {
   	color: #f00;
   }

   For that to work, you must have a tagline saved on the main Settings page in your blog dashboard. Right now, you are using an image and no tagline.
