Is it possible to get the background to go all the way down on infinite scroll?

  1. The background on infinite scroll stops down the page. I don't want it fixed, so is it possible to have it go all the way down on the infinite scroll? Thank you.

Also I am not quite sure why my blog address still comes up in some places as endtimesinformation - as it has here - when it has been changed to truthinreality.com.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks.

  2. Are you referring to the starry background? If so, you appear to have resolved your issue. It does continue properly when more posts are loaded.

    Are you still having trouble?

  3. Thank you for your reply.

Sorry, overloaded with work so forgot about this.

Yes, I am referring to the starry background.

It does stop part of the way down, whereas it would be nice if it would go all the way down.

    Would that be possible?

  4. Howdy,

In Firefox 14.0.1, I viewed your site ( http://truthinreality.com/ ) and scrolled down, loading a second set of posts, and the starry background continues for me as well. I've recorded a short screencast that you can see here (4.6 MB .mov file).

Do you have any Firefox Add-ons enabled?

Can you clear your browser cache then try it again?

Also, do you also get the same result in the latest version of Google Chrome, which you can download here?

  5. Yes, it's perfect now, thank you.

I just wonder why Google Chrome seems to work so much better with WordPress.com (perhaps with other sites too, I don't know).

Google Chrome is the only browser I can successfully upload vids with, but only one by one, and only if they have been transferred with Miro Converter. That is a bind, and I wonder if that is how it is, or not, or if that situation is going to be improved?

I'd be very grateful to know. Thanks!

  6. The background goes all the way down on Google Chrome, as it does on Internet Explorer, but not on Mozilla Firefox, even in safe mode.

The problem is that Google Chrome cuts off the very top bit, and often there are several inches of grey at the top of my stats and there doesn't seem to be a way to resolve that.

Can you try creating a new Firefox profile to narrow things down? I haven't seen any reports of trouble uploading supported video files, and this might have to do with the multi–file* vs. browser uploader

    * the multi–file uploader requires HTML5 support, which Firefox 14.0.1 supports.

What version of Google Chrome are you using? (Just to make sure.)

Can you take an uncropped screenshot of how this appears, and upload the image to your Media Library? Thanks!
