Is it possible to remove page footer "Blog at WordPress"?

    It is it possible to do this with or without the CSS upgrade?

    Thanks for any ideas/help.

    I doubt it. And probably considered bad form to remove it anyway.

    It's definitely considered bad form, and it's definitely not possible without the CSS upgrade.
