Is it possible to split one blog into two blogs?

    Hi there, I've been blogging for a while but have only been taking it seriously this year. Consequently, one area of my blog has taken off and I'm getting more notice on that subject (Korean culture). Before my rambling on different subjects didn't matter but it's starting to now. So I would like to split my blog into two blogs if possible. With one blog being all about Korean culture and the other blog being everything else I write. Is this possible without losing the SEO I've built? From what I've read, having only one topic per blog is necessary to get to the next level.

    Any help/advice is appreciated!!

    Thanks for the link. You can register another blog and move content into it by using the export and import features. However, when it comes to SEO that means you will break every link to every indexed post in the original blog. The links original links and your new blog links to the same content will coexist in search engines. Google only clears their caches every 3 - 6 months. So that means that while the content on the new blog is being indexed if those using seach engines click the links to your original indexed posts appearing in the SERPs they will experience a "404" page not found.

    Your links must be separately exported and imported and all content in text widgets must be moved by copy and paste.

    Thanks for your help Timetheif! Will the import/export feature work if I only want to move part of my blog?
