I was wondering if my blog is too "dark" and depressing about the daily struggles of brain tumours and waiting to die? I am new to blogs and have been years behind in technology due to being in hospital so am unsure if I am posting and blogging properly.

I agree, a blog's tone can only be judged by the person reading it. I think many will find your site really helpful. Stick with it - I really like the approach you're taking on there.
