At the top of my blog, under "My Dashboards", there is only my two blogs before.
I find "Manage Blogs" option today, it will go to "https://------.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs".
There is option to choose which blog is my primary blog, visible or hide the blog.
Is it new option?

I wish they would put a "forums" button on the navigator bar, as well.
Actually I am still struggling as to what it's for.
It's to manage blogs! :P jk
but, it allows those of us with multiple blogs to manage them without having to switch to different dashboards, you activate "post by email", hide or make blogs visible, theres a stats link on there. It just makes some activities go a little fast or become quickly assessable.
