I just got a report from a reader that Kaspersky is reporting all wordpress.com links are infected. I see there is also a recently started thread on the support forums:

I surely would like to hear either that this is a false alarm or that it has been resolved ASAP.

We did a clean sweep of our files and can't find anything wrong.
I recommend contacting Kaspersky about this, as there could be an error in their virus definition causing the false-positive.
Kaspersky responded to our report, and it was apparently a false detection. They'll be fixing it in their next update.
