Is there a way to connect posts? Meaning I've on post and I want to scroll down to a second post/blog/page; how do I sync them together?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you're talking about blog posts, and not pages (they're very different), if you publish them in chronological sequence, that will automatically be the result. If they weren't posted one after the other, you can add a link to the earlier posts in the series.
