If so Admins, please delete it and ban the IP from ever posting!!
It IS a spam blog that copies RSS feeds.
It is NOT on WordPress.com.
It is using WordPress software, but it is independently-hosted and therefore there's nothing staff here can do about it. You will have to take action yourself. See threads on Sploggers and Blog Scrapers for instructions.
