I just saw this offensive comment on a part of WordPress:
"India should be wiped out together with all the filthy Indians"
I know that WordPress will not remove hate speech unless it incites violence, but does this comment classify as inciting violence?
Only staff can say on that. I'll tag this for staff attention and hopefully they will respond soon.
You could also go back to that site and then from the pulldown on the left site of the menu bar click the "report as spam" and then explain the issue briefly and staff would take a look at it and likely get back to you by email.
