Isn't a gallery carousel supposed to include clickable arrows to the next image?

I don't think the gallery carousel, which is enabled for this site, is working. For example, the carousel on this page

http://songbook1.wordpress.com/pp/galleries-film/to-kill-a-mockingbird-1962-gallery/

doesn't have clickable arrows which allow movement forward and backward in the series of images. I recall seeing and using these not too long ago.

Same issue with the following page,

http://songbook1.wordpress.com/pp/photo-galleries/aida-overton-walker-slide-show-and-gallery/.

The blog I need help with is songbook1.wordpress.com.
