   Hello all!

   I've been trying for quite a while now to change my blog's name. I know that there is a page in the support section that gives detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on this, but I can't find the dashboard it's trying to get me to use for step 1. The article stresses that this is a different dashboard than the one I can easily access, but for the life of me I can't find it.

   Is there any way I can get access to this other dashboard? Where do I find it? I can't even find the little house icon that is shown in all the pictures on the support page (I'm assuming the pictures are up to date). Please help!

   The blog I need help with is intrepidcaptain.wordpress.com.

   Howdy intrepidcaptain!

   When you say blog's name, do you mean the site title? Because if it is, you can just go to your dashboard > settings > general

   And then you can edit it there.

   Hello Hindiakoto;

   No, I meant the URL. I share this blog with another author and wanted to not have my handle as the defining point of the URL.

   In that case, you need to go to your dashboard, where everything is.

   Dashboard >My Blogs

   Hover your mouse on the blog address and there will be "Change blog address"

   Or just go to this link: http://intrepidcaptain.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

   Yikes! I need to go back to bed or drink a coffee. You weren't asking about changing a blog URL or address. You simply want to chnage the site title and hindiakoto provided the link.

   Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
