When trying to access say posts, stats etc I am getting
404 - File or directory not found.

the links are to the dashboard so not possible to post here without giving you my passwords !!
In simple words like "when I click All Pages or whatever ( be specific) I get this 404 message" so we ca determine exactly what information are you seeking to find in your dashboard that is resulting in the 404 error message.
