The page that appears instead of my blog (argribincea.wordpress.com) is in Russian, which is very strage. I can not undesrtand what does that mean or what I have to do.

Hello, and thank you for your response. Yes this the main blog (argribincea.wordpress...), and at this moment, as ai checked a few moments ago, it is OK.
But too many times I had difficulty to access my dashboard and to write on my blogs. Sometimes the problem seemed as it was solved, but the same problem occurred again and it became worst. I am afraid it is a new virus or something like this...
Yesterday I could not log into this forum, the wordpress pages on this topic also looked as they were blocked. When I tried to post a message, the image of a Russian mobile phone company appeared again. I am sorry for writing on the wrong topic about this.

In the meantime, you may want to try turning off all your browser extensions to make sure you're not inadvertently running any malware that might be causing this.

The problem is my English, which does not help me to explain very well the entire situation. :)
P.S. Yet, I must say, I do not see any browser as being secure. The problem occurred with any of browsers I used. But it helped to switch the browser from time to time. Actually, I thought my blog was blocked, because of our fragile democracy, as a post-soviet society. Now, that I know my blog is not really suspended, all these strange difficulties look like a virus. In my opinion, of course.
I am sorry, but I can not take a creenshot. It does not seem to work as it should.

Here is the screenshot of the page that blocks almost every time I try to connect to this forum, to post a report about my blog being suspended, as this picture claims.
The link opens to a web page that claims to be of a Russian mobile phone company. And I must say there are at least two other bloggers that complained about having the same problem.

Your trouble accessing WordPress.com is related to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). The screenshot you provided shows a blocked message from large Russian ISP Beeline, which is currently blocking all visits to WordPress.com addresses that happen to be on certain IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, due to a court order from the Russian government. Since our infrastructure uses load balancers to dynamically switch which sites are being served from which IP address at any given time to balance traffic, this explains why you can only intermittently reach the site.
While you may not be personally using Beeline as your ISP - and I realize you're not in Russia - it looks like several smaller ISPs located outside Russia are using Beeline's network, and so they too are affected by the situation.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We have been trying to work with Beeline - and a few other Russian ISPs - to find a solution for this issue, but there has been no resolution so far.

I am having the same problem. I am visiting in Kyrgyzstan, and Beeline is blocking me part of the time. I could log in but could not go to the dashboard. It did let me create a new post and save it as a draft, but it will not let me get in to make changes.
Yeah, that s so sad to find Republic of Molodva, as well as other post soviet republics, is still so dependent on Russia.
Don - after you've saved the draft, if you try refreshing your site a few times, you may hit on one of our IPs that is not being blocked.
