iTheme (new theme)

    Staff has asked that these be sent to them via feedback along with the reasons why you'd like the theme added. A link to an existing blog using that them would be good too...

    Please put theme requests into the Ideas forum or follow the instructions as set forth above by katm.

    Moved to ideas. (At least it wasn't dropped into CSS where most posts have been going recently)

    A link to the home page of the theme would be a good idea along with a reason why you would like to see it added.

    I'm trying to figure out what's with the sidebar and the widgets not lining up.

    I could be wrong but I think that the lack of widgets lining up in the sidebar may just be just a way to illustrate the drag and drop feature of the theme.

    I would love to have this theme because I LOVE the Apple look and feel. I use OS X and would love it if my blog looked like it, too! Please put this theme in the dashboard!

    I do like that one too. I've been shopping for some new themes lately for my new blog and it's hard to find one with some colour and life that doesn't look cutsie or loud.

    Well, it seems I'm not the only one who thinks the Apple look is gorgeous then lol For those after a free Windows skin which mimics the Mac OSX check this site out. There are a full set of screenshots available there too. It's still Windows, but looking like a Mac.

    I for one would love to iTheme on my blog. As I'm new to Wordpress, I figure I have to have the CSS editor upgrade to be able to change my theme from those listed in the dashboard?

    Yes. If you read through the CSS subforum, there're some threads about using the Sandbox theme and modifying that into other theme lookalikes. You still wouldn't be able to add the theme to wordpress.com, only staff can do that since it has to be modified for the Wordpress Multiuser format but you could get the general layout to look like something simular.

    I hope you have read this thread and have sent in your feedbacks to staff including the reasons why you want to see this theme introduced at wordpress.com
    As tigerplug has exported his blog I have not included him in this post.
