Hey I'm at travelgasms.com and am using the itheme2 theme. I already have most of my posts as "splitting content" since they're fairly long, but I was wondering if there was a way to do excerpts (to make it more consistent looking) for each post.
I searched for it but it looks like it depends on the theme..../

If you mean display excerpts by default, no: very few themes do that. If you mean custom excerpts that aren't the beginning of each post, again no: only some themes do that.
So the "splitting content" that I'm doing right now is my only option?

Will it possible to show excerpt of any theme we want instead of showing the full text of the huge posts
@heisgoods I think it is not possible to show expert in any theme we want in wordpress.com blog . Yes it is possible to edit theme in the wordpress self-hosted blog . So you have to select the theme on your website which shows excerpt by default
