I've contacted WordPress Support 4 Times!!!!

  1. I've contacted wordpress 4 times regarding a miss payment but have had absolutely nothing back.

    Where is the contact numbers?
    Where is the customer Support?

    Awful customer service.

    Does this company even have a contact number?

    Provide a few further details about your inquiry and someone should be along later to address them. Do not post personal information here though.

    I've used their email 4 times and have had nothing back.

  4. This thread is flagged for Staff attention. What’s required is your patience please. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff or by flagging a thread here in the forums for their assistance it’s important to understand they have a backlog. There are few of them and millions of us. They deal with the support tickets and threads with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue or bump threads the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

  5. Hi there - I can't find any tickets in our system from either of the two email addresses I see for you. I'll send you an email now but please let anyone else who might respond to your earlier emails know that your issue is already being handled by me, so we don't duplicate efforts. Thank you.

  6. Email is the LEAST effective way to get tech support here. Posting in the forum is the most effective way.

    We volunteers in the forum generally respond within five minutes. We don't require personal details in order to assist with technical issues. Why don't you give us a try?
