JetPack: Stats & Subscribers LOST

    Please help.

    JetPack was acting weird last night. I was being informed that the connection had been broken or something of the sort. This was after I'd tried updating to the latest version several times (it continued to say there was an update available).

    Anyway, I decided that what might fix the issue is if I disconnect and reconnect. Bad idea.

    First of all, I found that I had no choice but to login with ancient credentials from my original .COM account (and I don't even know if they're the most applicable). Secondly, my stats were WHIPED CLEAN and the same can be said about my subscribers.

    I'd really like to get my stats back because I had upwards of 10 million views since having them set up - and I'd like my subscribers back for obvious reasons.

    Can someone please help me out here? Thanks in advance!

    My first (ancient) blog was FASHIONOGRAPHY.WORDPRESS.COM
    Then I had the URL at FASHIONOGRAPHY.NET for a while
    Recently it was changed to NOWEARLAND.COM

  7. @ fashionography - I've fixed the issue on our end, so your stats and subscribers are once again connected to your current site at nowearland.com. Can you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack one more time to make sure that everything is working properly?

    Hi Rachel,

    It seems you've recovered it. Thanks very much. The only problem is that the stats from the two days it's been down aren't counted. That's not a problem considering the rest, though. Thanks again.
