Whenever a user subscribes to a feed (follow a blog using jetpack side bar) the links which are displayed in the subscription e-mail (here I am referring to the links to the website eg about us and all) they are displayed with a https:// instead of http://
Any Ideas ?

For the time being, I would advise the user to use feedburner subscription options, I hope that once this issue is fixed, moving the blog followers from feedburner to Jetpack would be easy?
Please keep us posted on this issue as it gets fixed.

There is no way to move followers from Feedburner to Jetpack. You would need to ask them to resubscribe.

@others : You may advise your followers to resubscribe by creating a post and if you are using feedburner, they would be informed and would follow the blog.
