Jumbled comment from and to the same website

    I've noticed that when I add a link that goes to existing content, It automatically sends a comment like this: ...[]linked content[]...
    Does anyone else experience this? How do I stop it? What is it?

    The blog I need help with is hubblebubblenews.wordpress.com.
