   Hi,

   I'm really sorry to ask this as it's probably quite easy, but how do I remove the "just another wordpress.com site" from under my blog title and customise it?

   I just can't find the way.

   That's your tagline. Go to Settings->General and it's on that page. You can just take it out or put in anything you want.
