   I paid $15 and have a paypal receipt but still cannot edit my CSS...what can I do??

   "Just purchased" as in how long ago? Your blog settings have to be changed by staff, and first thing Monday morning they always have a backlog of stuff to do.

   And if you send a support, include your name, your email, blog name, paypal recpt.
