Found out that my identity was stolen today. I cant get any credit anywhere. Anybody got any advice on what to do? I placed a 90 day freeze on my credit profile, filed it with the FTC, and am going to the Police tomorrow.
Just my luck, I guess.

after doing all that stuff, it turned out equifax had my name wrong. Caused all this trouble for a typo of my name.
Threaten to sue them. Equifax has a lot of money.

Yes, get Equifax sued! Get loads of money to settle out of court and forget about it :D
dang that pretty much sucks. But there is a cahnce you get more money out of it!
