Keeping Followers After Moving to Self Hosted

Hi, I just recently became self hosted, but noticed that my followers from my blog have not been transferred. I've installed Jetpack and connected it to my wordpress.com account, but when I check under my subscribers, I have no one listed.

    Any help would be appreciated!

The blog I need help with is apple-of-my-eye.com.

Staff will be able to do that for you, and will do so when they get a chance. Could you provide the URLs of both your wordpress.COM site and your new site?

Okay, I'm sorry, I didn't know I had been tagged and was worried it might have been lost int he forum.

I have installed Jetpack and connected it to my old wordpress.com site.

    My apologies again!

  8. Hi there,

I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

    Happy blogging!
