I would try deleting and reposting, but I have already received comments that I do not want to loose... I am not sure that it is appearing on the Reader either.

Ah, okay I found the problem. The date right above the publish button was for some reason set to exactly 1 month ago. I just set the date of Oct 2 instead of Sept 2, Published and it popped right up on the front page.
I'm not sure how and why the date was set wrong... but at least it's an easy fix!
